Alright, so I'm having a bit of trouble playing ToB on vista. It won't run unless I right click it and select run as administrator. This would be fine, seeing as it runs like normal when I do this, but I have searched my whole computer and can't for the life of me locate the saved files! I need to find where the files are located, so that I can move my SoA save file there and import my game! Where are these files squirreled away?

If my memory is correct, the save files are in the game's installation directory, in a sub-directory called "save" (or "mpsave", for multiplayer savegames)
No idea about ToB on vista though, I'm still using XP

They're in a folder called "save" located within the Baldur's Gate 2 folder.

Wow... even though most games now save into a separate directory, I still check the install directory first when looking for saved games.

Click 'Compatibility files' in the toolbar of your BG directory, which is in between 'Burn' and 'New Folder'
Your save folder should be there.
