I believe the title of this says it all. I'm hoping I'm not alone in wishing that the console versions of DA:O had featured the option to zoom all the way out like the PC version did. Dragon Age: Origins is a great game on consoles but I feel this one change could make DA2 even better.
Or, BioWare, if you're listening, find some other way to more easily manage more than one character during battle <3

I'm not sure what discussion value is here, since you said yourself that the title says it all, but I'm all for it.
The zoomed view was a huge help for puzzles like the bridge one during the Sacred Ashes gauntlet, and as well as some trickier battles where I needed to keep careful track of everything that was going on.

I all for it.
Lets just admit it - Edge of Reality sucks at porting games, and they did a horrible job on both consoles. 90% of difficulty in console versions is due to the fact that you can't order all your party to walk right here, you can move only 1 member, and do it manually. So while you're moving away the mage dragon will keep pounding your archer.

sure, why not? If it is optional, why would anyone be against it?

I'm hoping that BioWare can find some sort of way to make it happen! I figure if enough people say something about it, maybe they'll change it. Heck, it happened with inFamous 2 and the redesigned Cole. Of course, its not a deal breaker since DA:O didn't have it and it was still an amazing game. I just think, they're mistaken in thinking that console gamers don't want the option for more strategic gameplay. Not to say that its not strategic, but I think BW might be assuming console gamers don't have the patience to play "pause and play" style gaming and I think they're wrong.
