hopefully someone can help me with this.i load the game and my cerberus network connect but when i click on the option new content available or in extras open ea online store it makes the noise like its been clicked on but nothing happens yet all the other options work.i had reinstalled my game and even had support tell me they had manualy activated my cerberus account.even in the load game screen nithing happens when i click the download content option.i use internet explorer as browser and have full highspeed connection.any suggestions that might help or resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.thanxs
