 Just as the title states.
Who is your favorite or least favorite enemy in the two games to face?
Doesnt have to be bosses like Benezia or Saren, can be more mundane.
Just who do you enjoy swatting around or find interesting to face off against?

For ME1 probably my favorite enemies are the humans in Zhus Hope. Just so much fun to knock them away so easily. Yeah Im evil for killing the poor mindless spore slaves, but whatever.

For ME2 is would be the merc groups. We see them a lot, and I know some people dont like that about ME2, but I really enjoyed them. Was nice seeing actual differences amongst the groups, more variety than what youd see with Geth.

Least favorites would be Collectors and Pyros (specifically that one Pyro in the tunnels in Garrus's recruitment mission that stands right around the corner).

Most favourite - Scion, Harbinger, Collectors in general - killing them is just so much fun

Least favourite - Praetorian - only 2 in the game, but very boring fights.

You can Charge them, but you cannot fight them head on. To Charge and immediately hide isn't the way of the Vanguard. Possible yes, effective no.

Yes, you can Charge Praetorian, but it makes him invincible since he replenishes his barrier right away.

i'm not going to argue that it's effective - it's not, and that wasn't my point

but whatever, if you want to pick every word apart - you're welcome

It's the way of my vanguard.  Sometimes I charge... and say to myself "oh crap!  I didn't want to do that!"  Then I go hide. behind cover and switch to an AR because I have every enemy in the game all bearing down on me.

on-topic

favorite enemy:  Vorcha
worst enemy:  Collector Drones... they have a nasty habbit of turning into Harbinger.

special mention: Gatatog Uvank... every Krogan in-game advances no matter what.  Uvank runs away... he is the worst example of a Krogan ever.

I like every fight with good mixed enemies. The Geth fights in ME 1 were good, the fights against Collectors, Husks and Scions in ME 2 were better. Very intense. The scions are my favorites, they require some skill and tactic.

My least favorite in ME 1 would be Biotics, this fights sucked. In ME 2 it have to be Pyros. If they are some meters away, they are very easy (two salves, then let someone overload(incinerate them). If they get near you (or wait behind a corner) they become unfair.

My least favourite fights for both games involved Husks. I hate Husks. A lot. With a fiery passion no less.
Why? Because they terrify me, honestly.

The abandoned mine and derelict Reaper in Mass Effect 2 had me tense and ready to run screaming from my computer. Something about them... just isn't right. I think it may be because they remind me of zombies, which also terrify me.

As for my favourite fights. Hmm. Tough question. My favourite from the first game would have to be the final confrontation with Saren. I found that a tad creepy as well, but I loved it. For Mass Effect 2 I'm actually going to say the final part of Horizon. Yeah, I am a little crazy. I both love and hate it. I love it because it can be tough as hell and requires a lot of quick thinking and strategy. I hate it because on my first playthrough I repeated it about 5 times trying out different dialogue options on Kaidan and hoping for a happier ending.

Least favorite? That krogan battlemaster you fight on Therum when rescuing Liara in ME1. Every time, I pray he charges my squad first, so I have a chance to run and hide.

My favorite would be any of the security mechs in ME2. The different ways you could break them were all just satisfying, especially if you've got Jack in tow yelling "I'll throw you like a toy!"

Ooh, depends on my class type sometimes.

ME1 Least Favorite: Thorian Creepers on Feros are my least favorite even though I've come up with a good strategy to lure them into choke points where you just unleash death. Other than that, it's the husks on the missing scientists UNC mission where no choke point will save me from the swarm.
ME1 Most Favorite: I like taking down a geth hopper before it can sabotage me.

ME2 Most Favorite, Infiltrator: I have such masochistic love for the YMIR mech. So satisfying when I get that headshot.
ME2 Most Favorite, Adept: Harbinger. Singularity. How ya' like me now?
ME2 Most Favorite, Engineer: Geth Prime. Attack Drone. Yeah, we'll see whose Combat Drone's kung fu is better.
ME2 Most Favorite, Vanguard: Colossus.
ME2 Most Favorite, Sentinel: Husks. Assault Armor. It is sweet.
ME2 Most Favorite, Soldier: I'm headshotting everyone so far. They are all chumps.

ME2 Least Favorite, Infiltrator: Husks. Can't sniper or cloak my way out of that mess.
ME2 Least Favorite, Adept: FENRIS Mechs. Dammit, why can't a singulate you?
ME2 Least Favorite, Engineer: Eclipse Vanguards. Could get the shields/armor down on a Blue Suns Vanguard or a Krogan, and then Neural Shock would take care of the rest. Couldn't be so quick with the Eclipse.
ME2 Least Favorite, Vanguard: Human Reaper. Because I used every bit of ammo in my arsenal to take that bastard out.

Least Favorite Ever: That Vorcha Pyro. Oh yes, you know the one.

I hate husks too, in a "GET THE HELL OFF ME, CAN'T YOU SEE MOMMY'S BUSY" kind of way.

I enjoy fighting mechs. They're so polite as you kill them.

I can't believe I forgot that guy.  I hate him so much.  I want to jump up and down on his broken, flamethrowing body.  I want to make a YouTube video of me doing that to techno music.

I like those Vorcha Pyros - esspecially when they are hiding between their pals waiting to ambush you and your squad. One shot with the Arc Projector and they all go boom  (with their armor on)

Favorite enemy - the geth. I loved fighting these guys in ME1, and in ME2 it is much more fun if you are an infiltrator with disruptor ammo and AI hacking.

I'm gonna miss them as enemies in ME3.

Favorite enemy: Geth, in both ME1 and ME2. One thing I really enjoyed doing in ME1 that you cant do in ME2 is knock Geth, thorians, and husks over when you charge them. It was really fun to just charge the line and bash every geth in the area. And in ME2, a sentinel with energy drain might as well just be called the geth killer, because it's ridiculously fun to annhilate them while surviving with tech armor.

Least favorite: Scions and Praetorians. The scions are good at one thing: knocking out my stupid squadmates. And I've found an infallible strategy to fight both praetorians, but its still annoying, especially when their armor is almost gone and they barrier up again. Same thing can be said for an almost dead collector turning into harbinger.

My favorites: Geth in ME1, especially when they have those hoppers and all kinds of other troops. Thorian creepers are also nice, mostly as an adept when you can have entire hordes of them flying around you until you decide that it's enough and throw them right at the Thorian.

In ME2 it's that one vorcha pyro in Garrus recruitment, Collectors (especially satisfying when I yell "SHUT UP ALREADY!!" and headshot Harbinger).

Least favorite:

Husks in ME1, kinda boring if they have no ranged support. In ME2 it's the YMIR mechs, they are too big, bulky or stupid to flank some cover positions. Praetorians also deserve a mention because they become very easy to fight once you figure out how they work.
