You know what I hope?

• Hawke can be as much, if not moreso, of a bad ass than the Warden-Commander -- and bonus points if he does it all without having to drink some icky lyrium-blood potion.
• That swinging a big giant 2handed weapon actually 'feels like' swinging a giant big 2handed weapon. Sure you may be slow, but you hit like Optimus Prime engaging well... anything really.
• That they'll be bittersweet romances (maybe including bromances) in the game.
• That if Morrigan is in it (and your male warden loved her and she him) she doesn't actually seduce Hawke (if of course he's male... my impression is that Morrigan sort of lost her 'innocence' so I doubt she'd be so quick to fall in love again, but this could just be my male ego talking here).
• That you see Grey Wardens undergoing their 'transformation' (the reason why they say they need to go into the Deep Roads, before things get 'too much.')
• That there is an awesome plot twist, that makes the Revelation from Knights of the Old Republic seem so... bland (to those who have lived under a rock and haven't played KoTOR; the Revelation to me was unexpected, and I'm generally good at predicting these sort of things. Yet, at the same time, due to hindsight you go: "Oh yeah!")
• That the world's narrative is living and breathing (i.e., so that there are penalties if there's something like the old Connor problem, where simply going out of your way to the Circle of the Magi doesn't make everything automatically fine and dandy)
• Giant Mecha like Escaflowne (I kid... or do I?)
• That skipping through the time frame of 10 years is obvious (since keeping track of the passage of time is usually impossible -- maybe I am dense, but prior to reading a thread or interview, I wasn't actually aware in the game of DA:O a period of 2 years passed between start and end)
• I hope that we have more exposure to what foreign countries think of the free marches, and what we view of them (specifically; Ferelden)
Hmm, I can't think of anything else, I wonder if you can?

I hate to say it, but this is possibly my #1 fear. I don't think Morrigan is in it, but if she is, I fear she'd either be romanceable and/or have nothing to say about my Warden. As much as I would kill to see her again and see what she's been up to...I don't think I could bear it if it happened like that.Arijharn wrote...

to #1....I LOL'd so frickin hard lol....I'll have to remember the Optimus Prime thing
to #2....I had no idea that there was an actual "defined" timeline in Origins either lol....TBH, I thought it was a year TOPS....But 2 years? Yea, they definately need to make it more "obvious" for lack of a better word, this time around.

No, I don't. Because I'm not a goddamn mind reader.
Speaking of trolls. This post has been reported.
