Is there a way to setup my preferances to not display the avartar pic of the last poster while looking at the thread list?   I can't see as many threads as I use to when on Mythic's WAR forumns.

IMO the avartar pics are distracting.

You cannot. Certain browsers (Firefox, Chrome?) have plugins that would let you do this, however.
