I posted in the Jacob thread long ago, but it's my support in his bro status. The romance holds zero appeal to me unless I want to roleplay a Shepard who does it all for the nookie.

Jack appeals to me because she's the anti-womanly figure. Okay, so, like, my eyes do zoom in on Samara's breasts, but it's the distinct lack of the girly or vixen stereotype that appeals to me. So Samara's personality really does help, uh, counterweight her physique.

I wear combat boots. I curse. I work on cars. Miranda and I aren't really of the same circle. Tali sort of is, if I'm looking at myself from my pre-college days. As in your face as Jack is, which is a bit more than I could handle in actual life, it's other aspects of her character that appeal to me.

I suppose I should deduce his fanbase is mostly based on his physicality. Hurr.. Well, Jacob is just a bro to me; we get our drink on.

That's similar to what happened to me at one point with Liara in my last PT of ME1.  I had to restart the game.
Mind you, I don't have anything against Liara--heck, I romanced her the first time I ever played the game--but it wasn't what I was going for that time, and I got trapped somehow, I swear I don't know how.

I like that Ashley at least usually came consistently third in the votes. Be it younger, older male or female she seemed to have at least third place completely booked.



But still these are some interesting statistics. Incidently under 25 male and voted for Ashley for best female love interest (i.e a love interest that is female)
