I purchased my game through Steam and Steam provided me with two CD keys, a standard key and a preorder key.  I've been playing the game since release and wanted to log into the website today to download the toolset. I was prompted to register my game. There was also a link to enter promotional codes.

I tried entering my preorder code as the CD key and it said it was invalid so I entered that one in the promo code and it accepted it and shows two rings added to my account.  Then, I tried entering the standard key at the registration prompt and it says it's an invalid key.

I copied and pasted the keys from Steam so it's not a typing error. I also tried removing the dashes ( - ) but that didn't help. Is there some problem with Steam registrations? I don't know what to do. I really want the toolset.
