You cure yourself of that character flaw, quickly! Here's a good start: I have yet to have anyone who tried not become hooked on this podcast.

Without podcasts, I'd be completely unable to motivate myself to exercise.  Have great podcasts on your mp3 player, and you've got a reason to take that walk/run.
