 Hi there Bioware and Victor,

I was reading about Dragon Age 2 last week and got really excited with everything I have seen so far, so in anticipation of purchasing it next year, I went and bought Dragon Age: Origins brand new last week from HMV, here in the UK.

I've really enjoyed everything I've played very much (I'm currently at the Landsmeet) and just can't seem to stop playing! Such a great game and I thoroughly love it. The only problem I am having at the moment is with the Downloadable Content codes that came with my game, one code for the Blood Dragon Armor, the other code being for The Stone Prisoner.

I understand that Bioware hasn't expired either code, so this is the problem I am having. I followed all the instructions, that came on the token, such as coming to Bioware Social, registering an account and then entering the codes. I did all this but I can't get anything to download on my Xbox 360.

And the strange part is this. On my page, it shows that both the codes HAVE been successfully redeemed... but for the PC/Mac only

I have only been playing Dragon Age on my Xbox 360. I don't own it on my Mac, and the Downloadable Content codes came in my Xbox 360 game pack. On my 'Registered Games Promotions' page it shows like this:

Image IPBThe Stone Prisoner   Dragon Age: Origins   PC/Mac ---
Image IPBBlood Dragon Armor   Dragon Age: Origins   PC/Mac ---
Image IPBBlood Dragon Armor   Mass Effect 2   Xbox 360    More Info
Image IPBBlood Dragon Armor   Mass Effect 2   PC/Mac    Download

I have a simple question really. What can I do, or how can I go about, trying to get the DLC to register for my Xbox 360 instead? I still have my DLC codes, if that helps.

Any help from Victor or anyone from Bioware would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time :)

that's sounding really wierd.

you can try, until u get an answer from bioware, to go to the dowload content tab on in the main menu of the game than pres Y ,i think, to redeem codes and write in the codes there and see what happens.

I get, "The Dragon Age servers are temporarily unavailable. Please try again." Don't know if this is the same problem that you are experiencing.

Since the Dragon Age servers are unavailable we will only be able to download it if bioware puts these downloads on XBOX Marketplace, or update there website so we can download from our registered game promotions page.

Contact EA support about the issue. You appear to have gotten the wroung redemption codes for your console.

Also just to make sure..... make sure your bioware social ID and EA id are linked to your 360 gamertag.

Hi there and thanks to everyone who has replied to this thread so far.

First of all, though, wow @ Bioware! I thought they would actually offer some sort of advice or help in their own technical support sub-Forum, but not a single word from them so far! And this thread is over a week old already! I'm extremely disappointed in them :( I was really hoping they may have said something at least.

@ Lajkos, I did try that but nothing happened at all :( I try putting in the code but it's only 16 letters/numbers whereas 25 are required. Nothing like that has worked.

@ terrorofstorms I was lucky in that I can connect to the Dragon Age servers every single time I play the game. Maybe it's because I am in the UK. Not sure, but connecting to the servers is fine for me.

Finally, @ Last Darkness, thank you for your advice too. I think my Bioware Social ID and EA are the same. I made my EA ID last year when I got Burnout Paradise and I'm using the same e-mail address for my Xbox Live account and Bioware account too.

How do I contact EA Support? I always assumed Bioware would be the ones to help? Could you please give me a link so I can contact them, because I really have no idea who to write to for help!

This is really frustrating for me because I REALLY want the rest of the DLC packs as I like to have the most complete version of a game... but obviously, I won't buy them unless I can be sure the same mistake won't happen again :( I don't want to somehow buy them and then find I can only play them on my PC because of some weird account issue. just feel like I'm in limbo at the moment. I really want The Stone Prisoner DLC first before I commit to buying the rest. I even have enough Xbox Points for Awakening and the other DLC :(

Any help is, as always, very much appreciated. Thank you.

Just to be clear, you're entering your code in the Dragon Age redeem code box (in game) and not inputting it directly into Xbox live redeem code tab right? If so, not sure what is wrong. It does sound like your accounts aren't linking for some reason though.
