Well, if we get a qunari companion, I imagine we'll be able to armor him. I imagine then he won't have paint. Who knows?
Maybe its like a kaddis, and you can paint him in all the colors of the rainbow.

Then I'll be torn between romancing him and allowing him to stay manly, and painting him pretty pastel pink for the lulz.

You may be more in the right than you imagine.Saibh wrote...

You will save the life of a Qunari who will be honor bound to follow you thus in effect replacing the Mabari from DA:O.
You heard it here first (plagarism acknowledged)!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or, during the romance scene, you compromise by insisting he paint himself the color of romance first. Then he can figure it out what that means. Unless it's like an ancient qunari tradition or something.

I am usually not in favor of interspecies mating practices, but it makes sense that a Qunari ancestor would get curious and try to stick it in a dragon.
Technically humans and elves, humans and dwarves, dwarves and elves, and so on are all interspecies.

So a human ancestor stuck it in an ape, a dwarven ancestor stuck it in a smaller, hairier ape, and an elven ancestor stuck it in a tree. That's how evolution works, you all see the horns!

Sten even said that one day all see you in the battlefield when the Qun attacks.
If any one said this already then my bad didn't want to read all post.

Since Hawke's actions lead the nation to the brink of war apparently, and it has something to do with the Chantry, I'm guessing s/he may do some major rabble rousing against the established order of the Chantry... the Qunari may very well be allies.
Oooh. Well, here's the breakdown in my mind:
Qunari = JAWSOME
Chantry = ...mmm...not so much
So brace yourselves, Thedas, for the qunari invasion! Whee!

I would say this is probably a Qunari mage. Didn't Sten say they are like animals?

On the loading screen, the horned person has a staff. So having a Qunari mage as an ally would kick arse.

See, now you're just getting me all hyped up for the very slim possibility of a sexy qunari mage LI :innocent:

It's hard to tell who's holding that staff...assuming that the second-to-the-left character is Hawke, that could just be his spear/halberd thing he's always holding.
