By that notion, how do we know that all the humans in the DA universe don't secretly have retractable dragon wings or detatchable Mr. Potato Head facial features? I really hope this whole "Just because you didn't see it, doesn't mean its not true" thing doesn't keep rearing its ugly head. <_<

Sorry could not resist:
Commander javierbegazo,
I've done further investigation regarding your facial scaring, and the old adage of "mind over matter" holds true. Negative attitudes and aggressive acts create adverse reactions with your cybernetic implants, while peaceful thoughts and compassionate actions promote Light side points. If you maintain a positive outlook, I believe your you will get a glow around that sensitive skin of yours. And as you know, Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering. Suffering leads to more facial scars....And then the cycle begins again.
So take care.
Sincerely,
Chuck-yoda

in response to David Gaider comments i think the guy was on about continuity as long as there is a reason why explained(and i think they have told us that there is a reason in the game) people will be happy.
On the contrary, my experience tells me that fans are never happy.
Placated, perhaps. And even then only momentarily.

I am in fact very happy with the new Direction, DA2 is looking and sounding GREAT and you and the other Devs are doing an excellet job of keeping up with us silly fans, the only problem i REALLy have with the game as of now is the Ogre you cannot tell me it looks better and more ferocious and intimidating than the ones from Origins

Hmm. We're like a bunch of angry mako sharks, I see. 'Cept not as intelligent as mako sharks, unable to tell the difference between innocuous difference and true threat. And food. Yum. :innocent:
In all seriousness, I am excited about DA2. I think some of the innovations you guys are adding--like the framed narrative--have the potential to make DA2 an absolutely brilliant game. And yes, I have worries about the VA, the pacing, the PC combat, etc. But I also have confidence that BioWare knows enough about making games by now (having done so since I was a toddler) to pull it off.

I resent that statementI'm always happy to get new content from a good developer. Even if I might not like the new content, it'll please someone, thus funneling funds to said developer, giving them more resources to make newer content. It's devilishly delicious circle
You´re clearly an abnormality and not a typical fan then
*Fanboy cries* YOU WILL BE ASSIMILATED!!!!
