They should do top three winners

We should remind them of the sheer selling capacity of Tali though, anyone have that sold out at pre-order pic from the figurines?

Hmm, top again:

has anyone ever done a playthrough where they havent romanced tali? i dont think id be able to (unless of course i play as femshep which is unlikely)

I've come to the conclusion that seeing the other content on youtube is enough for me.  A while back I did an NG+ intending to romance Jack, but other events intervened (i.e. Haestrom).

It's my theory that if Jack were not on the same deck as Tali, I would have an easier time avoiding her and not thinking about how she's down there pining for Shepard.

Reminds me of Forbidden Fruit. I don't like that. That's why you need to sever the umbilical cord, so to speak.

Sorry.  I'm just set in my ways, I guess.  I've already decided how I like the story to end.

Interesting picture - a little different, but not bad by any means.

Thanks for creating/posting it.

Your ways aren't healthy. It pretty much means you'll play no femSheps, and no other maleShep romances. How am I suppose to live with my alternate playthroughs when you go and use the word "pining" :pinched:

Also. I can't stand to hear her voice when you reject her.

"That's sweet, Tali, but I don't feel that way about you."

"R-right... of course... why would you...?"

I have tons of Shepards. Six have fully fleshed out backstories that I've written out. Some of them had ME1 romances.

But for 2? It's Tali and Garrus all the way. My pure renegade did Jack... but we won't go into that...

Also. Goat. Can we start over?

There are better (?) ways to turn her down, if you really feel the need to do it.

So Tali's been down all alone in engineering. She's been leering at you throughout your time together, and she'll be crushed if he ends up with someone else, and there's no neutral way out, she comes onto you and you have to reject her.

This is not good.

Wut.

Yeah. By not telling her you couldn't live in a suit your whole life.

Still... I could never do that to her.

I think the "I've changed my mind" option at the romance scene is best, as you've already showered her with compliments and expressed your interest by then, he still goes "I just don't want to risk your health".
Sure, it's a shame about all those wasted antibiotics and herbal supplements, and it's still not very nice, but it at least gives hope to continue your relationship later on (Though you can't, not in ME2 at least), when there isn't anything else life-threatening out there.

It's his choice on who he wants to romance. If he only wants to romance Tali, then so be it. It isn't "unhealthy"

I couldn't do that.

You tell her you want to be with her. You tell her you'll do whatever you have to do to make it work. You'll wait, you'll do research, whatever she needs. She promises the same. She upholds her end. Takes all the precautions. You're about to go into a suicide mission, and for all you know, this may be the last chance you ever get at this. Turning her down here just seems insulting. It's something I can see Rael doing.

"Oh. Sorry Tali. I know I promised to see your face today, but, you know, work and stuff. Rain check?"

I couldn't do that to her.

I wouldn't put myself in that situation to begin with.
