Had to vote for Mordin for the T-shirt. I'd love to walk around with a Mordin shirt with the words "DON'T INGEST" underneath his head.

I voted for Tali.

A shirt with Tali on it, the Paramour Achievement on the sleeve, and text under Tali saying:

"I GOT POUNCED"

That would be just plain epic.

Garrus would be good too. A Hoody with the Archangel logo on the sleeve would be KICKASS.

Look at my comment above that. From the perspective of many minds on this thread, she truly resembles that girl in the first few chapters of Forbidden Fruit. I'd like to think she's stronger than that.

"I ignore your reality and substitute my own."  I look at each of my playthroughs as completely different games. 

My ME 1 mshep playthrough that didn't romance anyone spent more time in engineering or in his quarters alone than anything else.  Always brought Tali along on missions.  Had a closer relationship with Tali and Garrus than with Kaiden/Ash/Liara. Definitely had some (in my imagination) UST with a certain engineer. Come ME2, he is finally able to admit to and bring to fruition his relationship with Tali.

My other ME1 mshep playthrough was a lot different. Spent the bare minimum down in engineering (still gave her the data though). Spent more time with Ash, Kaiden, and Garrus than the rest of the team. Away team was always Ash/Garrus (Wrex/Garrus on Virmire). Always looked out for her, but no UST. Come ME2, she is the little sister he always wanted.

My Femshep, on the other hand, was closest to Ashley, Tali, and Garrus. In that order. She had her two battle-sisters (and primary squadmates) and her protege (with a healthy dose of UST). Sadly, she had a fling with Liara, but you could blame that on both the Consort (for me, this was a rl "surprise! Lesbian sex!" moment - I didn't see it coming or know it could happen), nuking Kaiden, and her (in my imagination) preference for lovers with a less forceful personality. The later is a direct result of her Earthborn upbringing. Come ME2, she finally has a handle on her feelings towards Garrus. Though she normally uses sex casually, she understands and accepts that it isn't sex with Garrus - it is more than that.

*Ahem* anyway, back to the subject of the post I replied to. As you can see, each ME1 playthrough is different and has different motivations. So each me2 playthough is an AU for me. Just how I roll, I guess.

I give Xen a better chance at being a squad mate in ME3 than tali.

The first conversation when you recruit her, one of the options when she asks what you think about Cerberus is "I'm not working for them, they're working for me", that's her magnificently snarky response. (I just decided to replace Shepard with TIM)
