And Battlestar Galactica  the Remake... we can  compare most  sci-fi  Human  v. machine  stories to the Quarians plight and  they all boil down to what  is Life and what makes us alive.

Realistically, nothing. Being a DLC, they can't make the assumption that everyone will buy it. Thus, they'll probably keep something like a romantic development out of it.

But I will mention that idealistically, I think we'll get DLCs with more squadmate interaction the closer we get to ME3 and they bring the voice actors in for their recording sessions.

We have had a new wave of newcomers, they have yet to be properly adjusted to a new forum setting. Not that I am implying they are at fault, many of us were part of it.

Agreed. We have our lapses, but we've improved since the earlier threads.

As for a topic? Which pistol do you think Tali would like more, based on HER preferance?

All I'm hoping for in the shadow broker dlc is the ability to say to Liara "Hey, sorry sweetheart, but I'm with Tali now:P"

Yes, I've argued for this many times. There is already a rumor going about that the Shadow Broker DLC will come with new squadmate dialogue.

...Though I still am unsure why people are so desperate for 3-5 lines of just reactions from any given character.

my  guess would no, not unless it is tali related... I have been staying quiet about my feelings don't want to make waves.  

So back to  our discussion on the Matrix and how it related to my comment on how the Quarians reached out of fear  towards the Geth.

I always pitured her with the Pred, faster firing over brute power.  Also Is it just on a back burner, or off the shelf totally?

I try my damndest to get the topic of what is life out of the geth discussions. Defining what is life is hard enough in an organic sense. I always figured that it was more important to consider if you'd accept a synthetic on equal status as an organic period. You could say they're alive and still say they're less than an organic. You could say they're sentient but lack soul, making them less than an organic.

Keep it simple. They are synthetic. They are machines. They are capable of adapting. What else does it take before you consider them an equal, if ever?
