There do appear to be circular sections of the Flotilla ships in there. I would assume that's laziness on the part of the programmers. Surely the quarians wouldn't waste precious ships on a run through a relay that nobody's even come back from.mikethor007 wrote...

I've heard that people have identified other parts of the debris as Easter eggs, but I'm not that sharp-eyed, I guess.
