I've been playing Mass Effect a lot recently while my sister's kids watch (She's going through a divorce currently) and they were at the edge of their seat the entire team Tali was in the vents during the suicide mission.

yeah... it's just... the expression... it's how I imagine Tali looking when she takes the mask off... something about it just looks... alien... but still... right... it's wierd. Most images don't click like that for me...

Another thing about that picture... Assuming quarian's aren't "soft" like Grunt says... this image works great... her skin looks cracked... like it's hard and smooth... I could get into that...

Cerberus operates in cells.  It is entirely possible that people like Kelly are not involved in any way, or even know about the more extreme things Cerberus does.  I hesitate to lump them all together personally.

There is more to Cerberus than just a terrorist organization as well.  People like Jacob, he signed up because the Alliance was standing in his way of helping people, with Cerberus, he gets the opportunity to help save hundreds of thousands of lives, everyone wins.
