TIM is a very interesting character in general.  He's the ultimate pragmatist, and he's a human supremacist, despite maybe being the person in the galaxy most aware of what each race is capable of.  He is definitely not one to doubt aliens, or deny their uses in his goals.

Yeah, this is exactly the point I was making. Cerberus is supposedly human-supremacist, and yet none of the SR2 crew seem particularly prejudiced when Shepard co-opts a large number of aliens. Kelly seems to be a total xenophile, Jacob welcomes every alien, Donally and Gaby are totally accepting of Tali, and even the Illusive Man has forwarded dossiers on operatives from multiple species.

Mordin seems to think TIM was getting desperate to stop the Reapers, which is probably why he resorted to recruiting a team of mostly aliens.

The one at the top of the page looks like the original (unless the blue tint on the edge of the eyes was added later.)

of course he does to him they are tools I think he thought the same thing about shepard he had points that were beneficial he knew shepard would leave them eventualy

I was more curious of the human crewmembers, who don't seem to be rabid racists, and are mostly very pleasant toward aliens. Are the all just tools of TIM? In which case, his position is precarious at best.

TIM can't really worry to much about ideological purity right now. Maybe when the Reapers are gone he can get a little more strict about it.
