Let's have a good Tali/Shepard argument.  Something realistic.

They already had their arguement aboard the Alarei. That was painful enough.

Son, I am disappoint.  I just might write one at this rate.

Okay, um...how about you have Shepard explain a holiday to Tali?  I did Halloween, that other guy's doing Easier...there's some to choose from.

I miss the different armor colors in general, some of the armors just looked so good that I had to stay with them even when I got better armor.  Luckily I prefer the Colossus scheme for Tali though

I really hope BW will put in a customizable armor system in ME3. Sort of like how Shep can wear different armor pieces and paint them in different colors and stuff.

I want a system like that for Tali. A lot of small armor pieces on her shoulders, chest, legs and arms which I can paint however i want them. No more restrictions.

"You're going to wear that to a party?" Tali asked.

Shepard held up the lab coat in his hands, turned it around to get a look at the back. "Yeah. You know about Halloween, right?"

"That's the holiday where children recieve candy for dressing up like ghosts and monsters, right?" Tali folded her arms. "But you don't like candy. What do you get out of it?"

"Beer. It's an adult party. Just for fun." Shepard slung the lab coat over his shoulder. "Just need goggles and then I'm set. I'm going as a mad scientist."

"Ah."

"What about you? Do you want to come?"

Tali blinked. "What, me? Wear a costume?"

"Sure," Shepard said. "We'll find you something that fits over that."

Tali ran a hand over her arm at the mention of her enviro-suit. "I don't know, Shepard...I'm not sure if I want to draw attention to myself."

"Everyone's going to be wearing a costume. Don't worry about it."

"It's not that." Tali's hand rested on Shepard's shoulder. "I...I don't normally have a problem with people giving me strange looks. I'm used to what the suit brings. But I'm afraid it will be...different if I wear a costume."

"You think you'll look silly." As always, Shepard completely figured out her doubts. "That the costume will point out who you are beyond what you're comfortable with."

"...yes."

"Well, you'll be with me." Shepard plucked a pair of black goggles off the shelf. The lenses were inset with a red spiral pattern that curved towards the center of each. "And if anyone messes with you, they'll answer to me."

"I know."

"Is there anything you'd like to dress up as?"

"Well," Tali said, "I WAS considering going as a princess, but I don't think that will go well with your costume. Maybe a...mad scientist's nurse assistant?"

Shepard slipped the goggles onto his face and smiled. "Let's find you a smock."

Smiling though sadly the father replies "As soon as they start
making them, you'll be first of the list. Now brush your teeth and get
into bed."

Holding his hand up, John waits for his father to do the same. The
cold plastic that separates them always the reminder of his sickness.

In the doorway, John's mother looked on upon the two of them. The
plastic sheets of John's sterile room blurring her sons image slightly
and turning once more she begins to cry softly knowing he will never be
able to leave his bubble. Even in 1971 there was still no cure for
severe aplastic anaemia.

Oh ****...

It's weird...Tali on-screen would make her fanbase happy.  But Scarlett on-screen?  Didn't go so well!  Still, I am pleased I find people who keep noticing my Spoony references :V

*Tali, Shepard, and Garrus stand with their weapons ready, scanning the frozen lake of the tundra for signs of life. Tali's voice picks up as she scans her omni-tool.*

Tali: There's nothing here, Shepard. The Sensor Relay on the Normandy must have picked up a ghost reading.

Garrus: Great. Can we go now? Turians hate the cold, remember?

*Shepard folds up his Revenant, staring out at the frozen lake before running out into it and sliding on it's smooth surface. Garrus tilts his head to the side as Tali raises a brow beneath her visor.*

Garrus: What is he doing?

Tali: I'm not sure...

*Tali approaches the edge of the lake, Shepard sliding to meet her and taking her hand in his.*

Shepard: C'mon, the ice is smooth.

Tali: What are you- Oh!

*Shepard pulls Tali with him onto the ice, their boots not exactly ideal, but the ice proving to be smooth enough for them.*

Shepard: Relax your legs. Don't get stiff. Use your momentum.

*Tali slides along the ice with Shepard, a smile crossing her face.*

Tali: Do humans do this often?

Shepard: Some, yes. But we have special shoes with blades attatched to the soles for it. Makes things like this easier.

Tali: Things like wha- Ah!

*Shepard takes Tali into his arms as he sprints across the ice, letting his running momentum carry them across the ice, before tumbling into a bank of snow, laughing as they fall.*

Garrus: Great. Gonna be stuck here...

*Tali pulls Shepard to his feet, Shepard laughing at Garrus' sour mood.*

Shepard: Tired of being the third wheel?

*Garrus' mandibles twitch as he tilts his head.*

Garrus: The what?

Shepard: Nevermind... Hey, Tali... Come here.

*Shepard glides back out onto the ice, taking Tali's hands into his as he guides her along the smooth surface.*

Shepard: I always wanted to try this... Although it might be a little hard without the skates...

*Shepard guides Tali to the center of the frozen lake, his powerful arms wrapped around her sleek form from behind her.*

Shepard: Do you trust me?

*Tali looks up at him from behind the opaque glass of her visor, eyes of silver and blue colliding and leaving the rest of the universe forgotten.*

Tali: Yes.

*Shepard takes Tali into his arms, running along the ice, building up momentum before lifting Tali over his head, Tali squeeling and giggling as she is lifted. Shepard looses the balance in his legs, tumbling to the ice and breaking Tali's fall with his armored body. Tali scrambles to her knees, trying to help Shepard up.*

Tali: Shepard! Are you alright?

*Shepard sits up, laughing as Tali examines a minor cut on his forehead.*

Shepard: Let's remember to bring the skates next time.

*Tali stiffles a giggle as she applies a small dollop of medi-gel to the wound.*
