She'll be a pain regardless of your LI, methinks. Ashley, for instance, is the grandaughter of the only Alliance General who surrender to alien forces.Collider wrote...
I like the idea that if Shepard's LI is an alien, especially Garrus or Tali, the reporter gives you flak for it in ME3.

An assumption that doesn't factor in potential capabilities of the super advanced suits. Give a race of geniuses 3 centuries to build a suit that doesn't wreck your complexion and I think you'll be fine personally.

Yea I know, but it would be a great way for the game to have other characters acknowleding your romance - which is something everyone likes. Hopefully Kasumi meant that Bioware is on the road to doing that.Deadeas wrote...

EXACTLY.
If I was the artist... I'd go for a "destoyed beauty" look... you can tell she's beautiful... cute... sweet... but you can tell how much her situation has worn on her and her people... a few minor cybernetics... veins... a deathly pallor to her skin tone... damaged... but despite it all... there's a warm smile in there...
It would really be great symbolism. I think.

I think that the Quarians would pretty much place priority on everything else but trivial facial aesthetics. They cannot throw money around - I can see them omitting functions for maintenance of complexion in light of that.Phil725 wrote...

I bet she would. If I was Shepard and she started badmouthing Tali, I would definately knock her out.Collider wrote...

I like the idea of such a confrontation. My Shepard would defend Tali very fiercely, like he does for everyone he cares about.

I'd prefer that on someone like Shala or Xen's face personally. I just don't see Tali being old enough to have those facial features personally. She's just 24.

It certainly wouldn't be priority, but its been a long time, and they may have even had the suits before the Morning Wars, so even longer. Comfort and aesthetics is still a concern, if far down the list.

Even being in the suit for a few years would probably cause some pretty nasty skin damage.

@Phil: It's not that she's old, but that she's been through a lot.
But she hasn't been through a lot. By all accounts, she had a pretty normal childhood, then she's been out around the galaxy for around 2 years. The quarians have been through a lot, and I'd like that reflected somewhere, but Tali's face isn't the right place in my opinion.
