Here's a question for you, hardcore talimancers:

If given the opportunity, if you could ONLY have a Quarian skeleton like the one pictured above, and nothing else, but it was a legit Quarian skeleton with real DNA, would you want it?

NO.

I'd take it

Then sell it on ebay

Totally, and I'd bring it around with me whereever I go. I will call him Boris. I would dress him up in strange outfits and build a shrine for him.

How many people romanced Tali and also got her exiled? I'm thinking about redoing the playthrough where I romanced tali and do that to distance it from my other playthroughs.

Over what other choice? Just to have the skeleton or not?

Basically, someone FedExs you the skeleton to your house or not, nothing else.

That's kinda ghoulish. I mean, it's not like I'd want to display it or something.

I was thinking about it, but Nuke had the great point that Tali being exonerated means she's staying with Shepard by choice.

A couple people around here like it for story value or something.

I think it's pretty selfish and cruel myself.

Well that's....odd....
Probably donate it to a lab to look for material suitable for reconstruction.

If those are the options, I'll take the one that gets me filthy rich for discovering aliens

Which is why it's somewhat of an interesting question.

You can have something from the ME universe, but it's...rather perverse.

It's not like Shepard is consciously and directly choosing Tali to get exiled. and, it's really just a video game. Drowning Sims is fun. (the first time, anyway)

I romanced an exiled Tali on my main maleshep. But I was purposefully trying to make that playthrough as depressing as possible for everyone. And I plan on reversing it if possible in Mass Effect 3.

Oh christ jesus.

I can see it now. Engraved on my tombstone.

There's a sort of romanticism to romancing an exiled Tali. But at the same time, there's a different sort of romanticism in an exonerated Tali. Whatever suits you the most, really.

Sure, I'm talking meta.  Since it's fairly difficult to HAVE to exile her.

Sort of. Due to the broken charm/intimidate system, it's not inconceivable for Shepard to be too neutral or something and not have charm or intimidate available. rallying the crowd is also not too hard to miss as an option.

Exiling Tali just to make sure she has to stay with you is like alienating someone from their family so they have to move in with you.

It's selfish, cruel and not very loving. It's not malicious but it's immature.

I would argue that is malicious by virtue of being purposefully selfish and cruel , but that's just me.

Let this be a lesson children.

Don't ask creepy questions out of morbid curiosity because then people will think you want to have sex with dead Quarians.
