I think everyone here knows full-well your feelings towards the geth by this point, my friend.  ^_^

Despite what you may think, it's more than just sexy tushes :P

. . . But those are some sexy tushes, huh? <3

If this is only 5% of all geth ships, then the Flotilla is not actually the largest fleet in the galaxy.

The devs themselves made it pretty clear that the Migrant Fleet is the largest known fleet in the galaxy, so it's very likely that the geth and mayeb even the Reapers outnumber them.

If the former is true, it makes them all the more desirable for the coming invasion.

Reapers need some way to sway a group to follow. They decided to alter a crucial algorithm in geth processors.

There really is no direct evidence of this. Seriously, in all the many debates I've had on this, no one has ever presented direct evidence that Sovereign has altered the Geth programming to create the schism. People bring up the math error, which is during Shepard's conversation with Legion as to why the Heretics follow the Reapers. Legion says this is not a math error. But when describing how the Heretic Virus works, he does say it's a math error.

These are two separate situations: the geth schism and the heretic virus. One is described as a genuine difference in opinion, the other is orchestrated a difference in opinion.

However, I don't deny that Sovereign could have orchestrated the schism in a manner that even Legion cannot detect. But as Legion cannot detect it, he cannot describe it. Thus, it is an implicit action. One that I can easily reject for another interpretation.

When Legion fails to describe why he used Shepard's armor, when Legion fails to understand how the Heretics and Geth could have grown to be so different, these are events that describe evolution of the Geth mind into individuality. The Heretics choosing on their own volition to follow the Reapers plays nicely into this evolution of a relatively young civilization.

I can't see Tali resorting to rape camps.

Retard rape camps, don't forget.

Since when were we talking about kindergarten? *shot*

I hate to be morbid, but if by some fluke Tali was in Jacobs dad's position, She would never make it to the point of rape cants, as she would die, since the food was not Quarian safe. Sad thought, but there it is. of course, If she were on the gernsbeck, they would probably have Quarian rations.

I don't feel like Tali is so much an incompetent leader as she is not an amazing leader - these are insanely difficult and challenging missions.

Eh. She's no Jacob's dad, at least.

Of course not!

. . . Everyone would mindlessly serve willingly. ^_^

I think the problem on Freedom's Progress was much less Tali's fault, and more Prazza's fault. He was undermining her authority because of who she was. It's not her fault he decided to mutiny and those others under her command didn't want to follow a civilian.

Yeah, hate me for having different life experiences than you that gives me some ability to relate with what the geth went through.

We don't hate you Kikai. Consensus achieved: You have integrated into Tali Thread.

------

Normandy SR-2 , Illium Drydock

*The ship is under repairs after the Collector attack, and is currently empty aside from a certain engineer looking for a certain geth. Having searched all the lower decks, Tali ends up at Shepard's cabin last.*

Tali: Legion?
*The geth platform sits at the head of the small staircase in the cabin curled in the fetal position, much like it had as Tali's trial.*
Legion: Creator Tali'Zorah.
Tali: *confused* What are you doing here?
Legion: This is now the residence of the two individuals most important to my people, Shepard Commander and Creator Tali'Zorah. We realized that in spite of the importance of the location, we have never seen it.
Tali: *attitude pose* Is that right?
Legion: It contains fewer violet hues than were projected.
Tali: We're working on that.
Legion: Query: Why have you sought me in the first place?
Tali: *relaxes, then wrings hands* Well... after the Collectors and all, I guess I realized you weren't so bad after all. You were there for me- for all of us- just like Garrus, and Jacob, and Kasumi... and even Shepard.
Legion: *stands, then relaxes his headflaps for a moment* We merely performed the task required to specification.
Tali: And you're humble too. You might grow on me yet.
*Without warning, she springs forward and hugs the geth. Legion suffers a temporary loop, trying to comprehend the unforeseen, and freezes in shock. Just as quickly as the embrace starts, it ends.*
Tali: I just wanted to say... thank you.
Legion: *headlights turn red, headflaps expand and contract repeatedly* You're welcome, Creator Tali'Zorah.

*Tali turns to leave, walking halfway out the door before turning back around.*

Tali: Come on Legion. Let's go join the rest of the crew.
Legion: Acknowledged.

*The machine and the creator walk out of the cabin, then hail an elevator. As they leave, a familiar blue beachball appears on it's platform, tracking the two.*

EDI: It's good to see them working together.

And consider the comment as to how 'unethical' it is to brainwash a species. This decision is ambiguous to say the least. There's nothing exclusively paragon or renegade about either action.

So I don't think you can program a decision to stick. Like organics, you cannot force decisions upon the Geth.

So the best way to alter a geth gestalt is to implant an idea while they are powered down...

Yeah, I don't think the Sovereign had a copy of Inception handy at the time...

Even so, Tali just isn't a leader. It's not in her character. She's a follower. She spent her entire life taking orders from Rael. She never really made desicions of her own until Pilgrimage, and even then, she was following Shepard.

Which is why I take issue with it having such a massive amount of points assigned to it.

I really liked Jacob's loyalty mission more than Jacob.

Actually, I think it may have been my favorite or second favorite. I was like, "Here you go dude, enjoy suicide."

I feel like, at certain points in the game, there really should be a paragon/renegade choice because, for people like me who couldn't decide which was right, it was the deciding vote and kind of cheapened the experience.

Instead of upper right/ lower right, I think it should have been middle left/ middle right and neither one granting points to either score (or at least, an equal amount to both).
