I respect Tali too much to think she'd fall for the mushy crap that is Romeo and Juliet.

Print media is a dying art. Tali looks at holovid documentaries and the latest schematics of various spaceships.

History. Sci-fi. Fantasy. Romance. Thrillers. Techno-thrillers might be a personal favorite, if they're done like Hunt for Red October, but with space ships. I bet she'd like that.
Good ones all, suits her well I think. Also think Tali would be a sucker for romance.

Hey, I'm a sucker for a good romance too. Isn't everyone here the same?
its not really mushy crap, i just think she'd be drawn into the premise of the story:blush:RiptideX1090 wrote...

No. Which makes it all the more amazing that for a time she had me captivated beyond belief.RiptideX1090 wrote...

She seems like the type who would keep the news on her omn-tool, that kind of thing.
I suddenly have the image of her watching the news at a terminal in her room on the Neema... waiting for news about the efforts to recover Shepard's body...
I feel depressed now...

Yeah, that was a little upsetting to think about.
I can see her curled up on her cot, the lights are off and the only glow is coming from her omni-tool and each time time the news starts, she feels the same glimmer of relentless hope despite her best efforts to keep herself realistic about the situation. After all, the galaxy is a big place. What are the odds she'll ever hear about Shepard again?
There's a little lemon juice for the wound.

I don't think she would.
Romeo was an idiot who fell in love with the concept of love, and not the person he was supposedly falling in love with. That would be the thing to turn Tali off, I think. She seems more like the "love them for them" kinda girl. I doubt Romeo and Juliet's romance would entertain her at all.

Thanks.
But I note this should apply to Turians to. So...should I conclude that there is no way for Tali to taste human food, and no way for a human to know Quarian food?
One could bake a cake for Tali, but even with use of the correct chirality of components tell us nothing about how the stuff tastes. It could be terribly sweet, sour, bland, or something else.
An additional challenge for their LI, I suppose.

She did admit they were quite expensive. Takes up space, too. Wonder if Tali would take the luxury, but in my personal image of her, she wouldn't.Andaius20 wrote...
