Its easier to just say that no skin color is sufficiently ruled out.  There is no real good data on Rannoch, or the system.  Even things like melanin aren't necessarily a factor considering we know nothing of the quarians alien biology.

Fornax leads me to believe that xenophilia isn't limited to humans, or rare in the galaxy.  While I'm not sure that the quarian body would necessarily be attractive to turians, the one in ME1 at least hints at it, and at least asari and humans finding quarians attractive seems pretty likely.

This is something I've asked myself fairly often too, really depends on what they look like under those suits.
Additionally, there's plenty of humans who find Garrus attractive.

As I said earlier. Illium is basically the place Bioware decided to poke fun at themselves and their fanbases. FZT and VGQ are poking fun at the people who wanted Tali and Garrus romances, and the Bachelor party is poking fun at how silly the concept of the asari are.
