Really?  I would think adding Shepard and the Normandy would be good for the fleet - so as
long as Shepard advanced Quarian interests, he would be good with it.

I think he would approve eventually as well, if not be a little apprehensive at first.  In the end, Shep has killed more geth than anyone else ever, he's a hero, and above all, cares deeply about Tali and will make her happy.  I can see Rael being reluctant to show it, as plenty of fathers are when it involves their daughter, but I think he would have been ok with it.

Yes, there would be some concern - we haven't really explored the implications of a communal society versus individualistic humanity.  That would take some serious adaptation.

It might be a relationship challenge for Tali/Shepard, too - it would represent a very different mindset.

He would need to keep his nasty human germs to himself somehow, or he would risk getting other quarians sick.  I imagine that Tali should be sufficiently adapted to Shep by then that they would be fine isolated together, which is just fine with me

Agreed on all points.  I guess I was wondering if the dust and everything else, due to chirality, would cause Shepard to have an allergic reaction.
