Chirality in general isn't as big of an issue as Mass Effect makes it out to be.  It seems like instead of explaining complex nuances, they just threw out a worst case scenario and said don't chance it.  There are Dextro chirality things on Earth that are just fine, Mint leaves being one example IIRC.

That said, he should probably take caution to not bite into any Rannoch cows or something, but I don't forsee any serious problems from every day life.

I don't think dust is going to hurt Shepard... Maybe if he tried to eat a few rocks or something.

Organic matter that has been reduced to dust.  Little bits of leaf, hairs from animals, that sort of thing.

Keep in mind, dust gets into eyes, noses, and so on. 

I don't know, it would be interesting if non-Quarians needed enviro-suits on Rannoch.  Something of a role reversal.

And this
Suppose Legion and the rest of the geth would have to be decontaminated too.

Geth would be a lot easier though, they would probably have to be decontaminated once (assuming coming in from off world, don't see any problems with ones from Rannoch,) after that, they're fine.  Shep has that pesky organic habit of creating new problems, even after being decontaminated, that would complicate things some.

How about getting a bit of the cold from Tali? Might make things a little balance, besides her getting sick, and he's a ok.
