Heh.  The opening paragraph:

The alley was dark, the electricity for this district of Omega being long dead. A perfect place to hide. And it was in this alley, coated in a fine layer of trash and debris, that the fugitive chose to turn into. She was limping badly, her left leg unresponsive, broken bones grinding with every step. Her breathing also showed problems, with inhalation coming only after repeated fits of coughing. Not that the fugitive was unaware of this. Checking her omnitool, the array of flashing red lights told her what her body was quite obviously alluding to:

Tali'Zorah vas Normandy was dying.

 

Ahh yes I have been reading this, I can't wait to see just how far  Shepherd is willing to go... or  are you going to take a my spiritual angel to him reuniting with  Tali

"T'was" is already meant to indicate the phrase "It was." To use "It" before "t'was" is a redundant use of the vocabulary because you are adding two different "it'"s into your sentance, opening with two applications of the same word. You either open with "T'was" as it is, or you use the more basic "It was," using both is poor.

You're implying that any sane Shepard wouldn't rain fire and death on every planet in the galaxy for Tali.

I include my Shepard in that statement.

Daro is an extreme character when you meet her in the second game. She's an honest politician. She wants to enslave an entire species. She shows a desire to dominate other peoples. or it is at least hinted at. She is in every sense of the word, insane.

You have to go through some **** to get to be that way. Or you have a personality disorder.

The former makes for better story telling.

The past incarnations of this thread has broken these marks so often and without mercy, I feel it's pointless to continue noting them.

Was going for verbal flow, not grammar quality.

I recall now that I'm goin' back to school this August or so to snatch up some programming experience. I think, guys, that if I have to make a program for a final or something, I'll write a mini-Mass Effect 8-bit RPG and share it with you. Tali and Garrus are the only party members, Final Destination.
