Anything short of reclamation is unnaceptable.

Assuming Tali's loyalty and no change on Shep's part, I can fully see Tali ignoring an order from the Flotilla to turn on Shep. She's already a little fed up with them after Freedom's Progress and Haestrom.
She's also one of the few people who has an argument with Shep and walks away not having changed her mind (or been killed).Collider wrote...

Agreed, on the conditon that she actually disagrees with the Flotilla's decision. If Shepard is aiming to help the Geth destroy the Flotilla or something, she's going to act against him.
