Carnifex damage INI line, straight out of Coalesced:

Damage=(X=85.4f,Y=85.4f)

Phalanx damage INI line, straight out of its INI:

Damage=(X=109.8f,Y=109.8f)

It does fire at a slower pace, but it's not less damaging per shot.

I've tested two two and noticed the Carnifex doing more damage. Maybe I'm imagining things.

Been playing around with the new weapons. Can't say I'm a fan of the Phalanx... it just feels off to me. I liked the lazer mechanic in Dead Space... but I feel like it needs some refining here. It doesn't mesh properly. I'll keep trying it out though. Tali is a monster with it though.

I LOVE the Mattock. Gonna have to go back and take assault rifles for my main Infiltrator, then use the Mattock and Viper with Cryo rounds. It's going to be awesome.

As for the geth shotgun. HOLY HELL. It's a monster. And Tali with it is just plain insane. One shot from her on hardcore and a mercs shields drop to zero with half his health gone. It's beautiful.

How do Quarians handle bodily waste? I mean, it looks to me like their suits are too tight to have any room for equipment that would handle that. Could it be that they simply digest very slowly?

Suits are layered. Waste goes between.

That's possible, but how would they remove it? I mean does Tali just pull out a bag of **** while they're not looking and toss it? Man I would hate living like that.

Mentioned in Ascension that the suits store waste, and they can discard it relatively simply at any normal waste disposal area.
