Never.  She has spent all of her life trying to find out where she belongs.  She thought it was with her father and the flotilla, but in the end, it was in the arms of the one person that will always love her no matter what.  The person that will do anything for her, and she will gladly do the same.  She's willing to risk her life for him, get sick just to be with him, leave everything that she's ever know and work with a hated organization because of the trust.  She's not leaving Shep's side.  What she wants, Shep wants, and vice versa.  And they will accomplish it together
