Sure. Here's some I haven't used in a while.

------

Normandy SR-2, Starboard Observation

*Shepard stands hands behind his back gazing at the window... which currently doesn't have much of a view with the blast shutter down. The door behind him opens and our favorite engineer walks through.*

Tali: Shepard! You needed me for something?
Shepard: Yes. Just wanted to say "here we are."
Tali: *glares at the blast shutter* Where's here?
Shepard: You have been spending a lot of time in Engineering...

*Shepard hits the shutter. It retracts, allowing a view of Earth from low orbit. Starship drives dance in the distance like fireflies on the horizon, as light shimmers off the Pacific Ocean. From this vantage point, the sun is rising over Los Angeles, as the city lights are slowly washed away by Sol.*

*Multiple Choice Dialog!*
Earthborn Shepard: "I pray for one last landing on the globe that gave me birth..."
Tali: What was that?
E. Shepard: Nothing.

Spacer Shepard: No matter how many times I see this, it never gets old.
Tali: I can see why...

Colonist Shepard: In all the places I've been, I've never been here. *Takes Tali's hand.* I though we could see it together.
Tali: Oh, Shepard...

*/multiple choice dialog*

Shepard: Anyway, we've got a weeks' worth of shore leave here and... well, I was thinking I could show you the sights.
Tali: The sights? But... *gesturing to the blue-green ball taking up all of the viewport* there's so much of it!
Shepard: Yeah, there is... and it's all so different from each other too. New York, Berlin, Tokyo, Cairo... It can be a bit much.

*Silence. The couple seems lost, gazing out the viewport. A screwdriver from an ancient Space Shuttle mission impacts the shields. Neither comment.*

Tali: *takes Shepard's hand and squeezes it* Well... it's your world Shepard. *bounces on her toes, adding cheer to her voice* Where to?
Shepard: Well... I don't know where we'd go the rest of the week, but I have an idea for tonight...

*Later on. The Normandy's Kodiak shuttle lands in the middle of a grassy field... or plain, rather. A broad, grassy plain as far as the eye can see... except for off in the distance, where the silhouette of the Rocky Mountains stand against the horizon. Shepard guides Tali out of the shuttle as she looks around in amazement. After a long while of speechlessness, Tali turns to Shepard.*

Tali: What... what is this place?
Shepard: The locals call this place 'Wyoming'.
Tali: This... this...
Shepard: I had to do some looking. Grassy, semi-arid... *looks up* the light isn't the right color.
Tali: This looks like the homeworld.
Shepard: Or at least every picture I've ever found of it that didn't involve a city.

*Tali stares at Shepard, her expression strangely unreadable for the normally expressive quarian.*

Shepard: I don't know when we can take Rannoch back... when Legion can the Fleet can get on the same page or whatever... but by god, it's going to happen. The least I can do is give you better than a picture.

*Tali pounces, embracing Shepard.*

Tali: It's beautiful, Shepard.

*Shepard doesn't say a word, returning the embrace.*

Hello everyone! I've been thinking a little bit lately about quarian eyes...The subject of how quarian eyes "glow" has been one of debate for a long time now. I'd like to bring a few new points to that discussion.

While the general consensus seems to be that quarians have a tapetum lucidum that reflects the HUD projection on their visor, I'm starting to doubt this is the actual case. It has a good scientific basis, but the eyes glow uniformly and consistently regardless of exterior lighting. Even on animals with tapetum lucidum, the only way for the eyes to glow bright is when a blinding flash reflects off. Secondly, I've never seen an animal with eyes that flash brilliant white.

Another point is that, with tapetum lucidum, it's only the pupil that would be ultra-reflective; the iris would reflect light normally. Given quarian eyes have a uniform glow on both the pupil and the iris (tapering to dull partway into the sclera), this seems to contradict that very system.

It could be that Bioware just did it because it looks cool and they needed quarians to have some form of facial expression, or it could be that their eyes actually do glow and it doesn't impede their vision.

Probably option A, but I've also got my hopes pinned on option B because glowing eyes are cool like the Space Pope or rock music cranked to eleven.

It seems pretty clear that the last paragraph is the real reason.  That's boring from a speculation standpoint though, so better to just take what facts we have, and try and make a logical conclusion.  While there are differences between how we know the process works, I still see it as the most logical explanation given the facts we have is tapetum lucidium with a touch of bizarre alien biology.  That's less of a stretch of the imagination for me than the other possibilities, and just saying its a game limitation is no fun.

Her entire face is always lit uniformly, is it not? Probably because the visor is tinted, so the only lighting she gets is from the mostly uniform and constant HUD

Not true. Decent flashlight will give the effect. Even ambient light at dusk can show it a little.

Most fish have white tapetum lucidum.

Many pictures easily found in a google search disagree with this.

Her face wouldn't be lit uniformly; if she's seeing exactly what we see, then her face wouldn't be lit uniformly (just as a monitor doesn't uniformly put out light).

I'll give you 2 and 3

I checked google images, and while I see hyper-dialated pupils with tapetum lucidum, I do NOT see the irises reflecting that light at all.

Sometimes she gets tired of making mechs stop dead in their tracks and tap-dance to a tune played out of their vocabulator. Sometimes she just wants to blow them away with her new Geth-made toy.
