uhdnrt, I read you fic, and I was quite surprised by the result. Didn't think of the asari's...special ability.



And when I read about that quarian who completed his Pilgrimage and was somewhat formal, I thought of Kal'Reegar. Guess he's almost becoming a stereotype.

So, what´s the topic tonight?

You know, I always wondered what Shepard's teammates would think of his relationship with Tali. With the exception of Kasumi (who approves because she's awesome like that), everyone else is sort of a blank.

Garrus - Considering Garrus is basically the "best friend", and the strong friendship he has with Tali too, I think he'd be thrilled, though he might mask that behind some witty barbs. "You're just lucky I LET you have that one, Shepard. All the ladies love Garrus."
Kaiden - He always struck me as a rather affable guy. If he wasn't a smoldering pile of ashes on Virmire, I'd think he'd be happy for us.
Ashely - On the other hand, we have Ms. Williams, whose anti-alien opinions not only wedged us apart, but also grew beyond annoying. I still strongly hope for a confrontation between her and Tali in ME3, since I dumped the alien-hater for an alien. Irony is so delicious sometimes.
Liara - She creeps me out now, but no one can say she's not committed. Eerily committed beyond my own death, apparently. Would she be the sort to quietly acknowledge that "her man" loves someone else more, or would she try and flay Tali.... with her mind? She may put up pretenses, but I don't see her handling rejection after so much commitment very well.
Miranda - We all know Miranda is a bit.... cold. Even if you crack her shell, she's still not a very warm or caring person to others. She'd probably just go back to business as usual, harbor a grudge, but not outright do anything about it.
Jack - But then there's Jack, who flat out tells you off if you choose Tali over her. I don't see her happy for us, or happy in general really.
Mordin - He's our wing-man, what do you think? He practically made it possible.
Joker - He's got a thing for the ship... I don't see him judging us. Lol.

I can't think of any more at the moment but I'd like to see the reactions of the crew to that type of a-typical relationship.

Then I realized I couldn't impliment that into the scene and I got sad.

Are we talking physical limitations of the suits?  Because I thought that they were adapted to be able to drink just fine.  Unless the actual sipping part is the key.
