It was meant to attract.  And then to repulse at the final revelation.  But the reader would always know that they were attracted first.

I guess I got over the repulsion pretty fast...

I think she'd do just about anything, including. . . that.
Not saying she'll enjoy it, just that she might do it rather than losing Shepard again.

As an artist, that intrigues me.

Of my 24 piece art portfolio that I submitted and recieved praise for, six of them were caused by me reading Lovecraft. Only two were directly done frm his work.
