Any mission where she's killed is a Critical Fission Mailure... Unless I have Unity.

Then again, cutscene death. Can't cure that.

But... Darth Vader had to wear his mask for his own safety too, and he gave up the opportunity to have his life saved in a Rebel medical station in order to see his own son.

How about this, we come to a comprimise,  even I realize that the scene in Return of the Jedi that I just talked about will never beat the "Luke, I am your Father" scene, but it comes pretty darn close in terms of power, so too with Tali, I'm not asking Bioware to top the meaning and power of any given love scene if and when they show her face, just to have something that is close to it and still very much memorable, I guess what I'm trying to say is that "defining moments" don't have to top one another, they just have to be at the least a few inches away from coming eye to eye.

Since it's already possible to kill any ME2 squadmate, I don't see why Tali or any other character should be singled out for a mandatory death. Besides, if they did it to Tali or any squadmate, BW would never hear the end of it on their forums.

Hey I'm just saying  I don't mind character death if it has a purpose, ****  I have read enough X-men and watched enough Anime to learn to expect that Character  can and will happen at times.    WHAT  I don't like is unneeded  character death   or death for deaths sake.. 

Hell  I would not  mind a Persona 3 like ending  *BIG EFFING  SPOILER ALERT*   

Where  Shephard dies  to  stop the  Reapers one and for.. thinking about the bonds that most  Precious to him etc.    Because its those bonds, love, friendship and memories  that he is fighting for and he is willing give everything for.. its what makes a  hero, A hero

I think it's kinda funny they made Tali taller in that one.  More likely she'd be shorter that Liara.

But I assume they were sizing based on importance.

I actually agree with you, there are few things I hate more than when a character is killed off just to add "drama" when in fact the death serves no purpose to the story. It's just that I made that pic yesterday and your post gave me the perfect opportunity to use it.

Man what the hell happened to people  telling stories because they wanted to tell a story  and not to make the fans happy. You know what If bioware  makes choice go  character death.. I live it with, I will grieve, I may but I will live with it AS long as it has something to do with the plot and development and just a plot for drama....

Yeah I do agree with you people get all  up in arms about character  death when  it all about telling a great story in the end.
