EDIT: Curses!

Tali can be very beautiful. I love her purple burka.

"Burka" has a strong religious connotation.

I prefer "Veil" or "Hood" or "Shroud".

Either way... I agree.  Purple is her color.

I just like the world burka. It fits.

Used in an anti-material role. Does not fire anti-matter.

I misread it then.  my apologies. Second point is still valid though. :P

Yup. I just have an addiction to correcting people.

You know, green used to be my favorite color.
Been thinking about having that changed. . . ^_^

Or Zaeed just stands there while Tali is trying to work and rambles on and on about some war-story were he made out like a guddamn bandit and was the only to survive.

Oh, Grandpa Zaeed and his war stories.  ^_^

i get a jango fett vibe from zaeed.. I could see tali just yelling shut up after 20 minutes of rambling or she would fix jessie and say YOU HAD THE SAFETY ON?!?!

Zaed: i dont need no Goddamned safety!

Tali: sigh......

Well, depends on the circumstance sure, but it's plausible once you have bits of metal achieveing speeds we can only dream of. Plus some of the ships in the fleet date back to when Quarians fled Rannoch, they may work like Talis says, but they can't be particularly reliable. Well feel free to comment, it's all good.Posted Image
It's hard to see the Quarians really wanting personal weapons on the Flotilla on the first place. Is there even any crime?
I'm sure they have their bad apples.

Many people mistake the correct spelling, not realizing the second e in "materiel."

It's understandable, though.

Yeah, also since many spellcheckers don't even know the correct spelling <_<

Well it would be interesting to see quarians wearing full robes and such over their suits, then the name would fit more.

Yea, but I get the impression that everything is tightly regulated. There's also the fact that everything is shared, which could make theft kind of irrevalent.

It is important to remember that when you are writing Zaeed, that you use the proper spelling of Guddamn.

for example: That guddamn quarian locked me out of engineering!

Theft would be unneccesary right? Aren't they all equals?

I wonder what Tali thinks about Thane.

She probably feels pretty sad for him. The guy has practically lost his entire family.

Given Tali and the Quarian's emphasis on family, I would certainly see her sympathizing. I don't think she'd see Thane's killing of the slavers that killed his wife as entirely unjustified.

She'd likely support it.

She killed the geth that did in her father with righteous fury, after all. I think she'd DEFINATELY sympathize.

OMG.... get out of my head.

Yeah... that would make the Tali-Jack relationship a bit... awkward.

But, like you said... it is Jack.

I think writing Zaeed would be a great deal of fun. I did write a bit of him in my hypothetical Samara vs. Zaeed confrontation that I conjured.

Yea, something like that. If someone needed food or supplies, they could probably just get it. Personal property probably isn't really something Quarians are too concerned about on the Flotilla.

However I mentioned something Tali related. Hmm... Anyone wonder how strict gun laws on the Flotilla must be?

I mean seriously one wrong shot and... well there goes half the crew due to a hull breach.

Assuming it would even penetrate the hull, it would cause a slow leak not explosive decomp.

Yeah probably right about that. It's just speculation, however there must be some sort of regulations, I just don't think it would be particularly safe on a vessel in space. Then again I have no Idea how this conversation got past my initial post, doesn't seem that big a deal to talk about. Ah well, food for the mind.Posted Image
