Legion had a lot of dialog in ME2. It seems that at one point in development intended him to be recruited much earlier - along with other squad mates.

Tali had so much hidden dialogue that it is alredy criminal. Glad I have ME2 for PC

It's not so easy when they have restrictions to stop them from taking a different path from the game too.

I certainly wouldn't mind switching game discs. Only takes a second.

I'd be willing to bet the Xbox version was designed first so they either A) Didn't bother to adjust it for the PC version or thought it would be unfair to the Xbox players if the PC gamers could choose the order of the dossiers.

I would have liked free reign on who to recruit and at what time in ME2. Mordin's necessary (which is good to me because I like him), of course.

They didn't even take full use of it, either. Just so the average spoiled brat wouldn't have to lift his fat ass to change the discs more than two times.
