I want to give Veetor a hug

This. If you can give Tali a hug, why can't you hug Veetor?

...Actually, come to think of it, that would probably make him freak out and decapitate himself or something.

That is called a "pervert smile".  Surprisingly, it is rather ineffective at coercing women into your windowless van.

That's why god invented baseball bats, eh Red?

Baseball bats are a last resort.  Sleep inducing drugs are preferable.

Eeeh... a story that centered around Tali and Shepards relationship after the collectors, as well as an original character and her interactions with the Normandy crew.  Thoughts?

If you're not keeping it a secret, elaborate on this original character.

Didnt see this post... sorry, for both that and the wait for the reply

She is a member of an unknown alien race that the Normandy team discovers in suspended animation aboard a derilict research station.  At Mordin's insistance, they bring her aboard for study, but she reawakens and hides in the guts of the Normandy for some time before she finally decides to come out after observing the crew, and eventually calls herself Akasha.  While initially not fond of the Normandy crew, she refuses to leave, as the thought of being dissected for study terrifies her.
Akasha uses an environmental suit, as she requires very low temeratures and large amounts of radiation in order to live.  This suit has a number of gadgets on it as well, which I wont go into detail here.
Her race has a large population difference between genders, with roughly one male for every 70 females.  The gender relation in her culture makes her treat males and females differently (and she does not understand why shepard will not take more than a single woman.

Theres a bunch of other bits of information that make this easier to understand...
Thoughts?

That sounds interesting, I would read it.

I don't know about another alien race with a suit but  you're  the author write the story as you see fit

I dunno, but any sort of physical contact like a hug would probably make him have a breakdown of some sort. Even when you send him back to the Fleet rather than Cerberus, he's extremely high-strung (does the Tali hop from ME1).

Veetor is the reason I can't force myself to do an all-Renegade run.

The design of this room is really cool.  It's clearly repurposed (the exposed piping around the amphitheatre) yet it's formal enough to have an awning over the Admirals' podium for lighting.  There's crap stacked in the corner, and grunge growing on the walls.

I'd have to say that they probably wouldn't leave the ceiling that high, though.  Big waste of space.

Actually, this does sound rather interesting.
If done correctly, than I could accept a 3rd 'suited' race.

I'd read it.

Yea I'm not sure i can muster it. Maybe if I made some douchy pro-human supremacist racist Shepard...I imagine that playthrough to either be very fun or excruciating.

That's actuality a good point. They could fit a whole second level there.

Maybe, since this is an important room, it's the exception to the rule?

Trouble is Shepard can't be a douchebag about everything...I mean, Garrus being Shepard's friend is pretty much canon. It's hard to play a straight up renegade d-bag Shepard if he has positive attributes.
