As for other Quarians reaction to Shepard and Tali's relationship, I think there would be a mix of shock, outrage and fascination; Certain quarians who wouldn't even have thought possible of it (probably older, more traditional quarians) would opose it strongly (somewhat equivalent to an anti-homosexual regime, though I don't mean to get things started here), while other quarians would initially be shocked and gradually get used to the idea of inter-species relations. Yet others (possibly younger, more open minded quarians) may immediately accept the relationship as a harbinger of things to come, inter species relations and acceptance no matter how difficult it is to achieve.

 I agree with Rune, let the admirals squable over minor disputes; On Shepard's crew she helps force the galaxy to adapt to the coming threat, which currently, is much more important than an efficient government on the flotilla.

I must post at the bad times... or too randomly and out of the blue and in between conversations/discussions because it seems nobody notices them unless I point it out... :-P oh well.



Well if anyone is interested, let me know and I'll setup a link with my comic-con pics, including the ME cosplayer ones I got (though they had a damned entourage that wouldn't effing get out of my way to take a decent enough picture... I was pretty perturbed. But I got a few, and at least one decent one worth posting.)

No offense but that sounds like a stupid idea. As an admiral (one of 4?) her vote wouldn't be able to change anything. I don't see the admiralty board playing a role in ME3 at all. If they don't accept peace then they will be destroyed. Simple as that. Tali can solve the problem better as a member of Shepard's squad.

I had this thought of the outcome of the geth problem, and it was something like this:

Pick one of the admirals and support their motive, and the result of the trial could affect on how well it'll go.

But, I don't think BioWare will go that far or deep into it, when they can just go with the setup you're thinking of.
