The quarians didn't go to the Council until after they'd lost the homeworld.  Far too late for the Council to do much besides get revenge.

In order for something to be scary, it has to make sense.

Yeah, she has plot armor, but she is also killable.  She has no advantage over anyone else.

It made sense at the time of posting. Actually, no it didn't. Something about Plot Armor and my jaded opinions on Game designers.

I'm fully aware that, if so inclined, Bioware could completely screw everyone over. I just hope they enjoy money enough not to.
