I can honestly say, I'd have no problem with shooting Miranda till the gun went click. I wanted to do that during the suicide mission. She, along with Jacob, are the two most inept terrorist operatives I've ever seen in any video game. Ever.

I liked Jacob, in that he's a good/decent bro. However I would like for him to be more open about his past.

However, you, the members of this now elitist organization, should be aware of the reasons for which we attack your government.

We attack because your organization is attempting to subvert freedom of speech. We attack because of your use of the media to mislead the populace about the nature of Sovereign. We attack because of your abuse and discrimination against the quarian people. We attack because of the criminal activities of your Specters.

We attack because of your allowance of the use of genocidal force against the Rachni species and uplifting of the krogan before they were ready for such responsibility. We attack you for the subsequent use of the Genophage Bio-Weapon against the krogan when their population exploded as a result of safer worlds. We attack on behalf of the Krogan clans, the extinct Rachni, the quarians of the Migrant Fleet and others, all whom have either had their lives ruined or have lost their lives because of your inability to act against the established status quo...

The Council has committed hundreds of documented crimes, either by their own direct actions or by those under their direct control.

They have gone unpunished for decades due to their scare tactics and political power. We will not be deterred from this path of action, we cannot be bullied, bought, or negotiated with and we will not stop until the Council has either stepped down and answered for their crimes, or the government in place is eradicated and replaced by a republic that represents all races equally.

It is time the hammer of justice is brought upon them.

We will wield that hammer.

Yeah, he is kinda dull. Most of his personality comes from what we read into him. And those parts of ourselves that we project onto him. Just imagine Shepard as you, then he's a bit more developed.
