Heh.  Once considered writing story where Shep and Tali get Husk-ified.  Decided against it.  Theres sensationalism... and then theirs SENSATIONALISM.

I guess because the Reapers had a particular interest in humans. Hence they were attacking human colonies, and were attempting to create a human Reaper. They were apparently presumably impressed that Shepard killed Sovereign. Harbinger does make a comment suggesting he considered Quarians for their cybernetic augmentation, but discarded them because their immune deficiencies were too debilitating.
