Kraideh! How ya been? I haven't been on in a while, summer courses, camping, visiting mystic aquarium, harborfest, SC4, etc... But I'm glad to be back to the thread, this place is like home.
Glad to see some self policing going on. Just stopping in to make sure the thread's still under control. Workin' together to make this thing work. That's good.
About to start a new playthrough with my favorite Femshep. Always imagined her and Tali having a very open, sisterly relationship. She's a Renegon, a monster, but she still gives Tali hugs and stands up for her.
Anyone here play Femsheps with a special relationship with Tali different from the norm at all?
I can't deny the fact that Hale does her moments better than Meer.
Still, I haven't made more than 1 Femshep.

My main Femshep (who is a colonist/sole survivor) regard's Tali as the closest thing to a little sister that she will ever have.

Sorry, Rip. I don't do femSheps.
For obvious reasons...
I do. I play ME for the roleplaying aspects. Making a character, a person. My main femshep is EASILY on the same level as MY personal Shepard.
Also, Garrus lovin's. Can't pass that up.
I had a femShep in ME1 which was not so bad, but then I just drifted off and continued with my main Shep. And at the time, Kaidan wasn't exactly the best motivaton to do a femShep.
Yeah.
I guess I just like to roleplay. I've beaten th first game thirty times, and have six Shepard's with full blown written backstories.

you just assume the geth will betray the quarians but the more likely senerio is Xen or Han or both will try and screw up the future peace with the geth.
and if something does happpen Shala will more like become the scapegoat in order to protect Tali.

What's wrong with the occasional femshep? Nothing, really. Gives you more romance options, dialogue options, Bastilla's voice... I don't see the objection to it all. Well, besdies Rune's; You can't romance Tali, therefor it is bad.
But that's okay.
'cause I loves Garrus too.

I doubt I'll go back now for the purpose of a femShep playthrough though, no Tali, and say what you want, I prefer Meer's voice acting a lot.

I can't see Gerrel messing anything up. He supports war, because he wants the homeworld back. If you give him the choice for peace, he isn't messing that up. Xen is the only one who should legitimately be expected to not follow along with a peaceful alternative, since her goals are bigger than Rannoch.

I was a little...shocked over how few dialogues Garrus has in ME2 if you play as male Shep. To hear him talk abut the time he bonked that scout and his team on Omega sure is fun, but that's pretty much all you'll get out of him.
Now, compare that to Tali's dialogues...

Hell, hack Tali in early and she has a ton of dialog on every level (Thane, Samara, and Legion have some dialog but it's very incomplete) it really seems like Tali was the last one to be moved to be moved to the second half of the game. Or Sroka was just one of the first people brought back to record.

Well, Tali was originally planned out to be a available romance to both femShep and male Shep, but was scrapped for reasons unknown. (some people would eat that stuff up)

Tali's dialogue as femShep is just as bad as Garrus' as maleShep. Bioware completely dropped the ball with the whole romance or nothing crap for all LIs.

Well, I can't hack Tali into the game, because my computer is being plain stupid, but I've heard them and they are indeed quite a few. I've also read/heard somewhere that she has the most dialogues of all characters.
But they should still add some more for future DLCs.

A reversal when it comes to Jack. As femshep you get more dialogue with her as you help her get over her past, whereas you have to romance her as male shep to do the same.
