I love Shala and all, but frankly? She's completely blind. She is willing to let the fleet Tear itself apart for the sole purpose of not getting Tali exiled, and proclaims as much if you turn in the evidence. Great Aunt. HORRIBLE Admiral.

btw, just started retribution and noticed that it takes place about one year after Shep's suicide mission (Grayson disappeared 2 months after the Citadel attack, Cerberus agent was looking for him for 3 years, 2 year time skip for Shepard's death...)

So there is a possibility ME3 starts about 2-3 years after the Cerberus attack. If there's no **** going on, Tali and Shepard has a lot of free time on their hands...

and Bioware has a lot of romance pack to cover for that timeskip. They better have that.

I do like Xen, but I don't really trust her judgement as much as Shala. Regardless of the moral questions involved, I think trying to reprogram the geth is a lost cause. Although to give her credit, she seemed like one of the few admirals at the trial who was actually interested in whether Tali was guilty or not.

Maybe Xen will chill the f out after Legion and the True Geth show an olive branch and cooperate with the Quarians.



We'll see in a few years.

I never turned in the evidence so I can't really speak about that, but it seemed like Shala knew how to work the Admiralty Board and gave good advice before the trial.
