Like its been said...If I gave every Quarian I met a job on the Normandy, I'd have to become part of the Migrant Fleet. It's be both awesome and kinda crappy. I'd have to answer to the Admiralty board instead of the council.
Yes. She's very...nice.

Like I said. Subjective to the captain in question.
Although after getting Rannoch back, the pilgrimage might boil down to building supplies, resources, and the like. Maybe new ships. Trading partners?
Interesting...

Horrible Admiral, great aunt.

Yeah, the Kahlee Sanders thing turned out to be pretty "meh" as a gift, especially from someone as awesome as Lemm. But then again, like the captain of the Idenna says, it's all political: the Idenna gets Lemm and looks good for bringing in somebody they were curious about, even if it was kinda useless.
Tali's comeback is great too:Someone With Mass wrote...

I've read that most quarian captains accepts most gifts simply because they want the pilgrim to serve on their ship.

With a reclaimed homeworld, the emphasis on ships would reduce itself to a mere support role. If nothing else, the fleet would be dismantled for supplies, and used to ferry materials to and from supply centers.
The Geth may tend to the planet, but that doesn't mean it's going to be in good shape when the Quarians set foot on it again. The pilgrimage must continue.

I give Kasumi A+ for trying, though.
She almost has the same thin arms as Tali too. That takes commitment.
