After all that, I still bet Quarians will still be viewed with suspicion...sadly. The Tali dalliance might help the Quarians with accepting aliens, but might not work with aliens accepting Quarians.

But it's The Commander Shepard. He probably won't chance the views of the people like Kor Tun, but it must have some kind of impact on the Galaxy's opinion on Quarians.

All we need is one reasonably long interview of Tali going into codex-mode and everyone will forget their past grudges.
And just for those still not convinced, she might have to explain the difficulties of her being together with Shepard too.
"So, we had this crewmember back on the first Normandy, Pressly, Ancestors have his soul. And he had this disease, what was it again, "chicken pox"?"
Prepare the defibrillators, folks.

I wouldn't be surprised if the pilgrimage tradition is older than the Migrant Fleet.

That would be interesting. Well guys i think i get your point in continuing the pilgrimage. Im also not totally convinced that it will stop once they got rannock back. Im just unsure if it makes sense anymore.

I see their galactic standing getting a major boost in ME3.  A lot of the hate levied against them is because of their nomadic lifestyle.  They have no homeworld, and they float around in space using up resources that others could use, while adding nothing themselves.  Once on Rannoch, they will be able to get back to a more accepted lifestyle.  Then you have the galvanizing force that the reaper war should be.  People will be less willing to look down on someone who gave their lives to save them.  Not to mention the eventual return to actually being able to live without a suit.

It may take a while, but quarians standing will get a big initial boost, then gradually return to an acceptable level as residual racism resides.

He already did to a few populations, but still, it's a long road to acceptance.

Trust arrives in the Mako but leaves through a mass accelerator.

we can always trust the Council to screw things up.

With a reclaimed homeworld, the emphasis on ships would reduce itself to a mere support role. If nothing else, the fleet would be dismantled for supplies, and used to ferry materials to and from supply centers.

The Geth may tend to the planet, but that doesn't mean it's going to be in good shape when the Quarians set foot on it again. The pilgrimage must continue.

I disagree
After 300 years without sapient species exploiting her, Rannoch is healty.

Repost

Mother Rannoch was proud of her children, of the beasts that roamed her
plains, swam through her oceans and flew through her sky. However, she
wanted more, she wanted children that could appreciate her gifts and
love her like her other offspring could not. In the end she birthed the
quarians, her most gifted and astute children to adore her and cherish
her. She gave them her lustrous green hair and rock and metal flesh to
build with and for a time it was good.

However, like all other sapient species this was not to last. Eventually her children grew
more and more demanding of their Mother and siblings. They began
stripping her of all they could take and filling Mother's sky with
smoke. Their siblings were either starved  or consumed out of existence,
never to be seen again. Mother began to grow sick as the cancer that
was once her beloved children began to consume her.

This continued until one day the Mother became a grandmother as well. Her new
grandchildren were put to work for their parents as servants and
workers. This was not to last forever, as no child wishes to be bound to
its parent's will forever. Eventually her grandchildren began demanding
their freedom and rather than accept this her once loved children
attempted to extinguish them. The war was long and bloody but eventually
the quarians were forced to retreat into the great black abyss. Mother
now looked to her victorious grandchildren with fright, fearing that
such an artificial people, not bound to her in any form, would have no
qualms about destroying her further.

That was not to happen, however, as her grandchildren instead cared for her like her children
had not, regrowing her lustrous hair and giving her other children
another chance to grow and thrive. They gave her all she had lost and
asked for nothing in return. Simply mining the corpses of dead asteroids
in the great black abyss. After a time Mother was once again a great,
healthy world as she was before her childrens' creation.

The eyes seem to be the off switch for me with all of these concepts.  I want to see what's supported in game, not a field of white.

Good point, I don't think I have seen a maskless concept that got her eyes right yet. (Presuming they're bioluminescent)

Maybe Buddha's spawn can pull of a very convincing immitation. Perhaps that is what is going on right now.
