That and basic science really hint againt bioluminescence. I'll be very surprised if the eyes aren't reflecting light from a HUD personally.

Why? It's one of the only Tali fanarts I can appreciate (or might accept as the real face if BioWare does decide to show that in ME3).
Too many Tali fanarts waaaaaaaay oversex the character.
