I see him helping with a lot of strings attached.  You were his unwilling puppet if you were Paragon.  He wants his puppet back.

Timmay is NOT your friend.  Even in ME2 he wasn't.  For an ironic twist, the Renegade path is the 'naive' one when concerning Timmay.

I'm not really sure how much TIM wants a puppet.  I think he is legimately concerned about the reapers killing everyone, and that's why he brought you back in the first place.  Being the pragmatist that he is, he's going to try and get all the extra benefits he can off of you in the process, but you do share the common goals of saving people in ME2, and stopping the reapers in ME3.  That alone makes him potentially useful to you.

He wants to save everyone but also wants humanity to come out on top.

I hate to be a buzzkill here but the Cerberus/ Illusive Man discussion is not permitted either.  Last two pages have been 99% off-topic, so in an effort to make things ON-topic...

Tali's knife has a bunch of ornate lines on the hilt, making me think that it's more than just a "basic" utliity knife.  Could this mean it has some emotional importance?

im writing a fanfic about it, stay tuned. ^_^

Could have been that she made the knife herself. We know they don't have many supplies on their pilgrimages and she may have fabricated it for protection.

It really seems like quarians may have slightly elongated skulls (or it's just how the helmets are designed)

It may be a Father/Mother gift. Wich would have a massive emotional importance.

I'd assume for stuff like electricity and oxygen and other stuff to be transported from the rest of the suits to the helmet area.  The females have them as well, though their hoods cover them.  Which is a very aesthetically pleasing design choice ^_^

yes i agree, i feel strange thinking though it functions as hair though :?

Seems to me like the hoods are the clear hair analogue, regardless of whether that's on Bioware or the quarians themselves.

I highly doubt female/male skulls would differ that much in size. My guess is the tubes are simply repositioned for a pleasing look on females instead of having them all at the back.

IMHO the knife is there purelly as a last resort weapon. I don´t there is a back story to it.

Or they just hide them better than the males.

The standard game development cycle takes three years on average.

If BioWare tries to incorporate many of the popular suggestions going around, a pre-2013 release date would be surprising.

Presume you are FemShep instead, and view Tali as Little Sis.

Who would you hook her up with as Matchmaker: Kal'Reegar, or Veetor'Nara?

Kal'Reegar all the way because he is a MAN.

Or maybe it is suposed for the male tube to be like that. Like an aestethic thing, because to me, they resemble dread locks and it looks kinda cool.

wow way to be a pessimist. the release window between ME1 and ME2 was 1.5 yrs. i hardly think it takes more than 3 years to develop and release a game

Neither, actually.  While Veetor is a nice guy, he's extremely unstable and I don't see Tali being one to care for him as though she were a nurse.  Kal'Reegar...I just don't know enough about the guy.

As much as I don't like Reegar (:bandit:)    I'd guess if anything, Reegar over Veetor.

At least Reegar could take care of her, while Veetor would probably just whisper insanely at himself.

But at least I'm a MaleShep so Tali belongs to Shepard :wizard:   (and nobody else!)

The males helmets seem to push out farther than females at the jaw line could it simply be an aesthetic choice or could it just accomodate a male jaw line just as how humans males jaws tend to be slighlty larger? and why do male helmets have geth features  and female helmets do not?

Kal'Reegar could potentially already be married for all we know.
