Just curious to see who you guys decided on picking for your party throughout the game for the most part. I chose Justice + Anders + Nathaniel. Made sense for me.

Anders + Nathaniel + Sigrun mostly... Sigrun is sometimes replaced with Justice.

Nathaniel, Anders, and Oghren. They all have the most interesting party banter to me.

Pretty much. I like Anders and Oghren's banter so much that I'm loath to even try other characters. Sir Pounce-a-Lot is the best. =D

I actually soloed a good bit of the early part of the game, because I never liked Oghren, I didn't really want a Howe who looks kind've like Loghain, nor did I want Mage-Allistair. So I just said forget them, I'll see if I can do it all myself . Eventually I ran across Velanna and kept her in the party, then later the same with Sigrun. Sigrun is my new favorite character, she has by far the best voice and most fun, upbeat, happy personality of any character in the game, it's a shame she wasn't in the main game and could've had more screen time. The banter between her and Velanna was awesomely hilarious, by the way. I also kept Justice around when i found him near the end, his help was most appreciated when we fought the shiny dragon.



The hardest part of the game was earlier, in the Architecht's lair, fighting the two dragons at once when it was just me and Velanna, but once we finally beat them and I found Sigrun, nothing was too hard. Even though I liked Justice I decided to leave him behind for the final battle to help guard the fortress, because I knew that me, Velanna and Sigrun could handle anything by ourselves, and sure enough we did.



So if and when I play through again, I'm going to find Sigrun first thing, she's just incredibly awesome, can't say enough good things about her character, I hope that she will be around in some capacity in the future, definitely my favorite Awakenings character by a MILE. I'd make Velanna my second pickup, and keep Justice at third.

I just went Oghren, velanna and Sigrun just because Anders and Howe annoyed the hell out of me.

oghren almost always, Sigrun almost never, Anders and Velanna kind of switched on and off.

I took Nathaniel and Anders for a while, then added Velanna, then switched her out for Sigrun, and then switched Anders out for Justice as soon as I could. I took Oghren for a little while when there was nobody else.

Nathaniel, Sigrun and Justice was my favourite party, though I did things in the wrong order to get that going very quickly.

For the most part I used Anders, Nathanial and Sigrun. When I got Justice I swapped out Nathaniel for him since my rogue has arching and ranger abilities already. Anders makes for a fantastic defense and offense mage. Sigrun is just deadly with blades and Nathanial has superb arching skills. Justice could be a tank army all his own when you get his other stats built up.
 I did not see a need for Velanna and her attitude made me want to shove that joining chalice up her ass. I completely understand why she is the way she is but that large chip on her shoulder is a little too big for me to tolerate. I seriously debated whether I should let her live or die on my first playthrough. Even my elf character did not like her.
Oghren I used mostly in Kal Sharok since he is a dwarf and the banter between him and Sigrun is hysterical.
