You can do Overlord before Firewalker and still have the hammerhead. Tell me how that works?

I believe you just pop up with it. Plot hole I believe. Overlord is probably intended to chronicologically be done after Firewalker.

Hammerhead is apart of the CN. Overlord is paid. However there is still a possibility that you do not have CN. Paid DLC overrides CN
