I am one of those people for whom changing the "remember me" box does nothing.

I was just wondering, are there any updates on the problem? It's getting really really bad for me lately.

I feel the same way. I've been trying to log on to buy Bioware points so I can download more DLC and the site won't let me access the checkout or product selection page @ all. It keeps logging me out & taking me back to the Mass Effect 2 homepage. >.> I'm getting seriously annoyed.

I know, it's super frustrating. The login loops are awful. When did the problem start for you?

Same here. Especially at work it logs me out every day....usually a couple times of day.
It is extra frustrating that my work computer also saves nothing so I have to write the whole e-mail and password. Probably would have been better if you could choose a username instead of having to type the whole e-mail every time...

Everyone I called EA support and now they're aware of the issue. They were surprised by the gitch & by the # of people i said were experiencing it. It should/might taken care of in 48-72 hours (or @ least that's when I'll hear from them). Cross ur fingers.

Oh damn, I hope the glitch does come soon and it works for me.
They say it's a browser problem but all kinds have been tried: safari, firefox, chrome, internet explorer.
None of these work on HughesNet. I have HughesNet and the people I've talked to with the same problem have HughesNet.
